Healthwatch Oxfordshire | What do you think our priorities should be?

What is this about?

Healthwatch Oxfordshire would like to hear your views on what you think our priorities should be for the next year (2024-25). We’d also like your feedback on how you think we are doing.

Who are Healthwatch Oxfordshire?

Healthwatch Oxfordshire is an independent charity for people who use health and social care services. We find out what matters to local people about their health and care and make sure their views are heard by the people who make decisions about those services.

What do we want to know and why?

We want to hear your views on what you think we should be focusing on and how we are doing. What we hear will inform our work plans for 2024-25 and also ensure we give the best possible service to people in Oxfordshire.

What do you think our priorities should be? | www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/priorities2024-25/

This survey is anonymous - you do not have to say who you are and we will not identify you.

If you would like the questionnaire in another format or language, or if you would prefer to talk to us, please call Healthwatch Oxfordshire on 01865 520520 or you can email us at hello@healthwatchoxfordshire.co.uk

Telephone and Text Messaging System

Telephone system - When you call the surgery you will hear a message and you will be able to hold while you get through to the right person.

We are now using Mjog and AccuRx to message our patients.

Mjog and AccuRx allows us to easily send text messages to patients. It means we can be much more proactive about some communications, messaging you quickly and securely, so you are not waiting around to hear from us!

Some examples of how we might use it:

  • test results
  • reminders or notifications
  • letting you know we tried to call
  • sending you advice at the end of a consultation

The practice name will always be in the message. Please help us to help you by keeping your mobile number up to date on our records. If you don't want us to contact you this way, please do let us know.
